I order headphones vide ORDER MS3952 and paid the amount via PayUM on 17th May. We contacted the customer service on 20th May. One Rahul Sharma (+916204867936) explained that we need to send a promo code in the Send field of Phonepe. An UPI with my phone number followed @ubi and @utbi was created. When we entered the so-called promo code, the amount (Rs. 1998 - code) was deducted from the account. My sister again contacted the person on 21st May and the same procedure was followed. This time, Rs. 999 was deducted and then we realised we were duped. Thus, we ended up paying four times the price. The same person contacted my on 23rd May and asked me to pay some amount in order to receive the refund. When I refused, he blatantly informed that neither the amount nor the goods will be delivered. Please help me get my refund and punish the person.
