I have received damaged product and on same day within 3 4 hr i have call the customer care n inform about it and they have take the complaint aloso but after 72 hrs they are saying go to service center..if i have received damaged product then why i go to service center they have to exchange the product please look into this ans help me to exchange the product Purchased - jbl headphone
