I had ordered a T-shirt. I did not receive it but the order status showed delivered. Discussed this with Myntra so they sent a mail to verify the signature attachment. They forgot sending the attachement so I write back to them. They replied in mail however without having informed me about resending of the mail. When I called them back after a few days they said that a month had already passed so nothing can be done. So I thought I lost my INR 400. But someone told me that consumer court can look into this. It is a general practice to look into the complaints and call the customers. I do a lot of online shopping but Myntra is causing a lot of problem. Request you to look into this matter and help me out with the same,
