I have returned campus sutra T-shirt on 13 oct, but my refund is not initiated yet, I called myntra for my refund status, they said due to some issue your refund can not be initiated, but we promise within 24 hrs you will get an update, but I did not get any update, I called 5 times, (in which 2 were escalated to escalation team) every time they say, you will get an update within 24 hrs, 2 times escalation team said we are arranging a call back from case manager, but I did not received any one, then 3rd time on call, escalation disconnected my call, and did not called me back too, call was disconnected while I was briefing my issue, and was very polite and asking for any alternate so that I can get my refund. I request you to please help me. I am attaching mail recordings and screenshot, in which it is clear that how many times I called them, and how much time they have taken, and then also didn`t provide my refund.
