I have a booked order pack of 3 highlander tshirts & 2pair of underdog boxer on 14-Oct-2019. They delivered me 2pair of boxers on 21st October & the recieved order found ok. Then 2nd order of tshirt delivered on 31-oct-2019. But in 2nd order i have recieved only loose tshirt & other 2tshirts is missing in that pack. So, i have registered a complaint against wrong product delivery on 1st November & they registered my complaint. Also they confirmation for replacement on 5th November & they deliver me a new product on that date. But on 8th November they recollect replaced product. Which had been delivered on 5th November & again delivered me wrong parcel which is delivered on 31-oct-2019. Now they refused to replace the product. Also denied to refund. So, i request you please arrnge me replacement otherwise refund.
