I called to naptol for every 48 hrs today`s before 2 minutes I talked with Santosh Kumar a customer care executive he talks very rudely with me Nd not listing my issues I called them 17 times every time they told me wait for 48 hrs but still 16 times 48 hrs gone I nt getting any call or any SMS alerts for compline from naptol suggest what I do. order no 56495053. And every times I said please noted I want my money back and he not listing for the same and neglected me. suggest can I take action via police department
