Hi, My name is swapnil I have purchased noise tune elite bluetooth headphones from flipkart on last month, which have 1 year brand warranty, but with in 20 days right hand side earphones stop working, so I drop mail to company, now they are saying I need to courier my product to Gurgaon by my own cost for service. So iwas ask them what if my product damage in courier they have not reply on this. Also this things are not mentioned on box of products. I have purchased product in 999 rs actual price is 1300. For courier I need to spend 200, if I ship the product and if new receive product also stop working then I again need to courier product and this will goes on. My concern is If product is in warrenty company should pay the delivery charges why should suffer customer. We trust them and they are doing this.
