I have made a purchase using paytm postpaid service for booking IRCTC train tickets. I made a repayment of money used while booking my ticket. For some personal reason I cancelled my ticket and money got refunded back to paytm postpaid account. Now that there is an excess amount which needs to be repaid is accumulated in my postpaid account and paytm has now freezed my account saying that they are upgrading my postpaid account when it was never demanded and for no reason my money is blocked. After several query raised over their application and on their official Twitter handle what I get is they are upgrading my account. This act should be punished and company should be penalised for illegal possession of money.
