Paulo travels - Change vehicle and not respond properly from staff

I did booking from Paulo travels for Aurangabad to Pune dated 13 July 19. Due to technical problem they change vehicle and give another vehicle but they changed the seats as I booked first row seat and in change last row. I told them I m not comfortable with the seat as I have vommit problem I requested so many time to them but they said u have paid just 375 rs it`s not big amount I clearly said them take more amount and give me front seat. But the person talk with me very very rudely and ask to walk away from bus as I was alone travelling they taken advantage of this thing. Very bad behaviour towards women what I feel. Please help me and let me know what will be the solution of this kind of behaviour. Thanks Ankita
