The seller is getting free money from everyone by selling faulty product and denying any return. Because in online shopping there is no proof of functionality. And if you cannot refund, then your company should be sued. Does not matter if my item was only of a few hundred rupees, but the seller must be making lakhs of rupees by this kind of fraud
