Dear Sir/ Madam, I have purchased Philips 5.1 Multimedia Speaker on 02/08/2018 via Amazon.Details of the same is attached. It has stopped working so i have lodged complain on 12/04/2019 via complain number 190412203916. after that i have contacted 4 to 5 times in customer care. i have been given direct number of service person Mr Narendra who told that he will visit in weekend but he did not visited. this was repetitive for 3 times. Again i called to customer care they gave number of Mr Hemang head of southern division .Mr Hemang gave number of Mr kester to whom i am contact from 2 weeks but yet visit is pending. this is very horrible service from Philips.
