Dear Sir/Madam, Your Reference: 30305768349 UTR Reference: Number: 020533732634 Transaction ID: P2007231143209124539111 Transaction Date:23/07/2020 I am Shankar Pujari, I would like to inform you, I have an SB Account in the State Bank of India in the Sindagi Branch. I made the payment of Rs. 1799=00 through PhonePe but the seller payment was not received , the amount debited my account on 23/07/2020. I raised a complaint on Phonepe on the same day, they requested to revert me one month`s time taken but my amount was not refunded yet. I have attached phonepe complaint documents for your reference. they are replied to check to your bank and raise a chargeback for the refund of the amount. now i am not in my native place, i am in bangalore Today I visited SBI bank in Girinagar Branch 50Feet Road about this queries and they are not helping me and they are said to go to your home branch.if i go to my native branch to ask, i will pay bus fare which is both said of rs 2000 to 2500.what i can do? I request you to please take necessary action this matter sir
