Dear sir/ madam I have done one upi transaction through sbi bhim app transaction dt.01/08/19 of electricity bill payment Rs. 6750/-through BHIM app UPI ref.no: 921311699423 transaction is successful as per NPCI, but the amount was not settled to the beneficiary account.Please guide as its almost more than a month I have contacted my bank also and they said "we have raised merchant chargeback claim to the beneficiary bank through NPCI on 06/08/19. And the same was rejected by other bank reason"my electricity account no.is 3000171641and my consumer court complaint no.is 1712591.....please contact me Please do the needful. Thanks Mandeep kaur
