Sir/Madam, My name is Tanmoy Seal, I applied a personal loan from ``QBERA``. When i will applied this loan, he will confirm that if my salary is more that Rs.18,000/- then they provide me loan. i will confirm the authority my salary is Rs.19,880/- per month, so they confirm me your loan will be approved, i will submit all my documents through online process of there portal, they also completed salary verification through net banking process of my bank. every think is completed, they confirm me only 4 working hours my loan will approve and disbursement will done through online transfer in my bank account. But today(10.05.2019) they massage me, due to some unknown credit policy reason my loan application will not approved. I also communicate the agency regarding the exact reason for my loan application got failed, but they unable to give me the reason, why they failed my loan application.I will give them my total details like my personal details and also my bank details.
