I am Dr. Sonali. I had to go from Delhi to Kanpur dated 14/08/2019 on the occasion of festival Raksha Bandhan. I had booked my ticket in Raj Kalpana travels bus service for AC Bus. Ticket price were very high Rs. 1300/- per candidate (normally it is Rs. 800/-) on that in comparison to normal routine days. When I reached to bus stand (in Kashmiri Gate) I found that they had given me seat in Non AC bus while I had booked my ticket in AC bus of rs. 1300/-. Even I argued with bus person and driver but they showed very irrelevant behaviour. So this is my kind request to consider my complain and do needful action against arbitrary hike in ticket prices and fraud in ticket booking by online or offline.
