Shopkin.in - not received my order from shopkin.in online site

My order no #22974 with Shopkin is not yet received and I am not able to track it.As per message received I was expecting to get order within 12 to 13 Days . Contact no 7567021993 which was provided in order confirmation message is not reachable.
