In march 31st i orderd redmi note 7pro in shopupi. After the payment I will get the order id after 1week order not delivered to me so I call to the customer care they told your order will delivered tomorrow but my order not placed. Now there customer number is invalid please help me Order id 18552885, order tracking no BLR5150872042, orderd date march 31st Please help me
