I have ordered for Nitrial gloves.He told me to pay minimum Rs. 3000/- initially and remaining after receiving the material.I had paid to them in Delhi branch. Then he told me pay custom duty Rs. 3000 then only you will receive the material so I had paid.Then he is telling me that I by mistake I have given you more quantity of material so pay again custom duty.Then I have regrade and told deliver me material otherwise cancel my order but he is not refunding the paid ammout and also not giving the material only asking for custom duty i.e. more money.
