I had subscribe for 10 Mbps unlimited plan, but since 7th Dec 2019 I am getting very slow browsing speed below 3 Mbps. Since 7th Dec I am continuously following up with Starnet team to resolve it. Its almost 4 days has been passed but issue is not resolved yet. It is really frustrating to follow up with them now. As I already paid money in advanced for 15 months. I want my money back. It was my hard earned money. My mobile number 9594930358 is registered with Starnet.
