I had made a online transaction for the bill payment of South bihar power distribution company limited through bhim by using my state bank account. My transaction got failed but the money was deducted and it been 10 days my money haven`t returned to my account. I tried to complain to bhim as well as sbi they both are passing it to one another by telling that this is our fault you have to contact other like sbi saying contact bhim and vise versa.
