I had a complaint for re allocation of dish on 10th July 2019, appointment book for 13th July 2019 but Tata sky exutive call on daily basis, but till date query has not been resolved, sat one of extucative came and told us I am not coming for realloaction. When I file complaint in Tata sky that clearly stated for reallocation. Sat again I had complaint for reallocation ,one of sr officer gave assurance that query has been resolved at end of the day, but he gave false commitment, again Sunday morning I received cal from exutative and told I will attend on 12 noon but he came at 6 pm but he haven`t sufficient material with him, he went and told us he or else will come tomorrow morning but till he not come. Every one is given false/wrong commitment. I am not happy with this kind of service provided by tata Sky. Pls look into this matter and resolved
