Sir, from the above mentioned company one lady called me and told me about job and eventhough I unwilling to work,that same lady insist me by calling me again and again and asked me to submit my adhaar card copy.without any intimation and non asking of my permission they simply send me agreement copy affixing 20rs stamp and they send the work and insist me to work. But I cannot complete the work in prescribed time due to some problems. In agreement copy they had not shown any time limit. But after 10 days over , Today their advocate call me and told me that he had send me a notice saying Iam not completed my work in time and you want to pay RS.8200 to their company otherwise case will file against you or if you pay the amount you will be relieve from the case. For that I borrowed from our friends and pay the amount to them through the bank already details sent by the advocate. After a while he told me to send a declaration to the Noc department that also I had done but a long time the same advocate call me and told me your declaration had been rejected so that you have to pay them 52000 to cancel fully otherwise if you willing to work you have to pay 16500 otherwise legal action will be taken against you but I cannot pay that much amount but he insist me to pay immediately. So that I ask him permission that I will pay on Saturday but lastly he told me to pay the amount on tomorrow 11pm.I donot know what to do now. Please help me otherwise I have to make suicide only and I am remaining helpless. Iam a government employee. I want your help and advice from you immediately from you waiting for your reply.
