We had purchased two years membership on tradeindia.com B2B website.​ for website with domain and catalog creation.As agreed we had paid them 50% advance payment and then provided them with master sheet with company profile and pictures for catalog development.They sent us website layout with catalog details for approval, but it was misleading and was detrimental for the company image.​ They created website with all grammatical mistakes and created company profile as a stock dealer ( whereas we are trading company and stocks are one of the category and not main business) and the product categories were wrongly placed. We tried to explain their website development team but they failed to accept and instead tried to cover it by saying that website is been created by well experienced professional team.​ After several trials we got in touch with the sales manager and he asked us to apply for refund, which we did but till date there is no response on same.​ Also the Porforma invoice as attached was sent after the advance payment, Initial offer mail didnt had all the terms and conditions mentioned on it.
