They ask for 15k deposit. Me n my friend negotiated and paid 12k and got the work. First month was nice. From second month onwards they started showing their true Colors. 1. Font changed. - they provide new font which is not readable. Intitally in the first month and demo - the font shown was different and from second month font changed. We fought back for the old font...ended up getting more lines and wasted 7-8 days for 2nd job work. 2. Same thing in second third and fourth job work. Everytime font changes and line count changes. 3. Wasted almost 3 months - 90 days due to this. Also after 4th submission they come up with a reason thag they have a doubt in our typing. And deny QC report. W No explanation. Only reason stated - they have a doubt that we did not do typing. They are not providing the QC report saying the data cannot be processed and there is some error on server. When we asked for error report they denied that also. We had submitted our 4th project on Aug 18 2019 and today is October 9 2019. They are just wasting time and days. We r regularly following up and visiting the kandivili office almost everytime. Now they are offering 60% refund on our pending 9000 rs , we have denied it and are fighting for our complete refund. I asked them on what basis are they deducting it, there is no reply from their side yet. Fraud company. Do not trust them. They divert all issues to a person named as Rohan ...they say he is from the cc dept. But Mr Rohan is a useless fellow, he does not respond to phone calls nor emails. They just try to delay days and see if we follow up for our money, that`s their modus operandi. They just want your money after that they will not entertain your queries. Mr. Rohan - Nidhi - Ayesha - Varsha - All are master in diverting the issue from one person to another. Will update soon on the status of our refund.
