Videocon TV - Regarding delay in service....

I purchased a TV with model no 4319A which was a videocon brand TV.... The purchase date of my tv is 27/10/2016...The TV I purchased was new in the market which was manufactured in September 2016... TV was having three year warranty with a packing on which it was clearly mentioned the warranty of 3 years.... I started facing problem with my tv on Feb ending this year it`s screen started getting darker above and normal below.... I called my dealer and told about it.... He asked me for necessary documents I provided him with it.... He said we will process your problem.... I said OK.... This was all happened in February ending this year so I waited.... One day forth I used to call my dealer and ask about the progress.... For few days he kept on assuring me that the work will be done soon.... But when I kept on calling him he said that the company has some issue and you will have to wait some more.... I kept on using my tv and after few days later when I switch on my tv the display was all black and just the sound was heard.... So I started calling him again he said the same recorded words on 9/03/2019 I received a message from company that your complaint has been registered and on 25/03/2019 your TV will be repaired and will be delivered.... I thought now something is happening from companies side so I waited for a person from companies side to come and collect the TV.... Till 24/03/2019 I played the part of waiting no one arrived on asking the dealer about it he gave me the no of service person so I made contact with him he said you have to come to me with your TV and show me the problem.... I did what he said... A day after submitting him the TV.... I called and asked for the problem he said some led bulbs are not working and I will send order for that.... Then again I waited.... After a week I called him he said that parts are not received by him yet.... So I called customer care for help they allowed me to talk to their superior person over their I placed my problems in front of her she said on my side I have registered a complaint and gave me the mail I`d and a no of some superior person named chinndam in videocon company she asked me to mail him my problem I immediately did what she said and asked for solution.... That person reverted me back one day after.... He mailed the employee below him then that person mailed to the store superior then he mailed to the service engineer with me in cc....till date I have not received my tv it`s with them and they are now avoiding me.... Not picking up my phone and all.... So please if you could help me out as we are middle class family we save money or take money from our relatives and buy these costly product and keep on paying emi for that....
