Vishal mega mart - Staff not trained

Today I have visited Vishal mega mart agra 3 near Shanthi manglik hospital agra. There is cashier mr Rahul diwakar not well trained and not updated. He cheated castumer just because of less knowledge about the offer`s. Also his manager Mr. Sonu don`t know how to recover a guest. Second cashier mr. Satendra Singh told me exactly what they are thought about castumer if any guest complaints against them . They have no issue because no action taken by company. Today I have waisted two hours & money at Vishal mega mart. I feel like a cheated by Vishal mega mart. I think this is my mistake that I visited this store. Now I have more options instead of your store. I suggest all my friends also never visite Vishal mega mart. I know no action taken by company on my complain. That`s why you are loosing your castumer.
