I have purchased a split AC on 15th may 2017. As per company I was having 1 year of guaranty for this product but I have not got any service after installation of AC. So I called a technician for servicing while this is authorised technician who works for voltas. Now I have logged call for servicing 5-6 time but nobody`s responding . I have called area service manager Mr. Pradeep Kumar 7309444473 . He was telling me for responding after few minutes but still he has not speak with me from yesterday. I have called Regional manager Mr. Ramchandra but he has not picked my call while I have called 4 - 5 time. Now I am getting so many text messages about cancellation of my service request and reason is resolved over phone call which is not truth . Now I have been very much disappointed and feeling hit on my self respect so please do the needful.
