Respected sir / Mam I would like to inform you that my name is BHERU LAL JOSHI. I have account in yes bank at bhinder branch which is locate at udaipur district and rajasthan state. My account no. Is 077164400000602 . I tried to withdraw the amount at Bhinder from ICICI ATM on 03/04/2019 . The transaction was not successful but I GET MESSAGE THAT " Your a/c is debited 4000 rupees. There was unsuccessful attempt which was from ICICI ATM. The amount was deducted from my account but amount not reversed . transactions was unsuccessful so bank need to reversed the amount but bank did not do the same. As per my this complaint i have been send the email to yes bank and i called to custoer care but i did not get any satisfactory reply from his side. I send mailed to yes bank 10 to 15 more time but there is no response from your side. I complaint in the yes bank mobile banking seven time but afyer two days complaint closed by bank side and there is no information given to customer from bank side. I am already very tired from banking system . And I also waste my lot of leave and time but Payment till time not received . This type of service which is providing by your bank i am fade up. So i am saying to you very respectfully kindly provide the video clip if ICICI is saying that transaction was successful and if your are not able to provide the video clip then please credit the same amount in my account or you are not able to do both activities then please give me answer in writing then i will go to consumer court. Please look into the matter and do something helpful. We are belongs from middle class family so time and money is very important for us . Please resolve fast this matter .
