Hi, I purchased Flawless Hair Shaver online on alphaglee.in website. On website it was shown as 1 year warranty. But the piece was defective. So I emailed them. In response, I got a reply that they will send a new product in exchange. So I sent back the product to them through courier service. The product has already reached them. But they are not sending any new product. Inspite of taking multiple follow ups and email communication, they are just ignoring without providing any solid response. To my surprise, they don`t even have customer care no. This is ridiculous. I felt cheated. The product cost me some 505 rs plus additional courier charges of 230 rs.
