My name is Rajendra Kumar and I booked my household goods from Delhi to Ranchi Jharkhand. After discussing with phone and asked the items name and they provided a quote of Rs 13500 and said our truck is going to that area so we can also move your items. They have reached for the Packaging and loading and My goods was loaded on 28th May 2021 in a Truck. They said next 3-4 days your item will be reached. I reached to Ranchi and was awaiting my items. Called to them and they said it will deliver by this week. I was doing follow-up regularly and after 1 week they said your items is too more and I will not deliver your items on this cost. I asked why did you send the quote if I already mentioned the items and if you need more money then you have to say before packaging and moving from my room. They started demanding of Rs 40,000 for the same item. I discussed and settled on Rs 30,000 because I trapped of this bullshit bloody hell organization. They also saying all money will be sent then items will be delivered. I paid all the remaining money before delivery. After 12 days, one trucked reached and there were the items of 3 persons. I asked you were saying items will be delivered in the single truck as items is too more then why other persons items are available on this truck. I was matching my all cartoon and items and some items was missing. They did not load some items ( 1 Bed and some Kitchen Cartoon) from his Godown/Warehouse. I called to Organization 8448560642 | 9582634700 -agrcargopackers.com for this concern and they said 2 items is here by mistake and will send you soon on next trip when other truck will be moved on Ranchi Location. I am still doing followup call for the same but now they are not replying. If I call from my number they don`t pick. Somehow I called from my friend number then he received but when I start the call for my Item when will be reached. He cut the phone. I frustrated now I haven`t received my lost Items yet. The company is really Fraud and I recommend to other person as well " Dont hire to this bloody company AGRS cargo packers and movers.
