I have applied for Balance transfer in hinduja housing finance,kundan bhawan, azadpur., new delhi on 02 feb. 14 jan to 8 feb tak forclosure ka time diya. jab DD 7 feb ko diya to hinduja employees ne lene se mana kr diya ki 8 se pehle ammount hi clear hona chahiye. Credit card ki payment bhi last date krne pr 3 din baad hi clear ka tym approve krleta hai.but inhone DD nahi accept kiya aur dobara apply karne ko kaha. LOD bhejne ke baad bhi nahi bataya ki same hi hai. uske 1180rs charges bhi dobarab leliye. aur EMI bhi nahi roki. isse emi bounce hui and charges lage. dobara FC apply kiya aur 1180 fir diye. inhone 56465 preclosing charges bhi liye.RBI ke according floating loan me preclosing charges nahi lagte hai.aur inke FC me flat/floating mentioned hai.it cost me extra burden.uske baad 21feb ko 19lakh ka DD and 78k ka cheque submit karke aaye.26 feb tak cheque and DD clear bhi ho gaya. doosre bank ki EMI bhi statrt ho gai. cheque clear hone ke baad bhi hinduja ne 1 march ko emi continue rakhi aur uske bounce charges lag gaye aur mera cibil bhi kharab kar diya mera financially bahut loss karwaya hai hinduja ne.i want compensation. i am a middle class person.bahut load hai aur financially bahut weak hu. agar 7 feb ko inhone DD accept krliya hota to mera 29199 ka interset bach jata. i lost almost because of hinduja : interest between 01 jan to 08 feb - 32912 (as i had to pay the emi as they didnt accept the DD) bounce charges - 1500 approx LOD charges - 1180 again FC apply - 1180 int b/w 01 feb to 10 march - 30605 bouce charges - 1500 approx how would i manage these.i took loan from creditcard to pay these ammount.after getting then DD and cheque, they still charged the emi.how can i pay emi to both banks. i want solution and recovery of my losses. i messaged them but they dont reply.
