I have bought an honor band 4 blue and returned it due to some fault in it for a replacement on 30th May, 2019. Thae delivery boy has picked it on 30th may,2019. It was well within the replacement period offered by the company. The amazon site is showing tht my replacement is completed but i have not received my product. From that day till now(7 june 2019) I have not received any proper answer about my replaced product. I have not received any product till now(7 june2019) . One time i messaged their customer care representative and she refused to replace the product saying that this was my second replacement but that was not the case then i called them and the representative told me that she was wrong and that I will get info about my replaced product within 2 days after 2 days i again called and this time , they told me to wait for 3 more days. I am not sure what they are doing and I have an apprehension that something fishy is going on. Please look into this matter. In this case after sale service is too poor and they are simply harassing the customer. They are not giving proper justifications. My product/replacement id is 408-0742452-7789158. Even i have mailed them from my registered mail id and they refused to acknowledge that it was my registered mail id. They are simply saying anything without any truth and consistence. This is simply unconscienceable and flippant attitude from their side. They are big multinational company thinking they can do anything to the customers. They are not having competent representatives who give false info which leads to mental agony of consumers and after calling them and emailing them several times they are not giving proper response which adds on pressure on consumers.
