I have filed a Return And Refund claim to Amazon on 10th November 2019. Reason for Refund & Return 1: Furniture received in damaged condition , 2: Furniture design mismatch , as per item received and Item description given on Amazon site. 3: Cracks developed in furniture within 15 days, pictures share through mail at . ---------------------------------------------------------- Received this confirmation mail on same day 10th Nov 21:37 hrs. Which is as below . Here is a copy of the e-mail that you sent to Ganpati arts. No further action is required on your part. Seller will communicate to you if there are any questions or comments. Order ID 406-7559883-3431552: 1 of Ganpati Arts Solid Sheesham Wood Daimond Bed (Brown, 78x72x40-inch) [ASIN: B07KDV2XPP] ------------------------------------------------------ Had received the below Mail on 1at December 2019 , 16:22 hrs as Hello, The seller has initiated the refund for your order 406-7559883-3431552 -------------------------------------------------- 10th December , afternoon , 2.30pm I got a call from Seller Ganpati Arts , mob no: +91 63775 05516 , asking me the Issue and problems. As if they do not know the problems , asking same repeated questions. At last he told that he will get back to me after discussing with Amazon Team. NO RESPONSE AFTER THAT DAY ----------------------------------------------------- Again , 11th Dec , at 23:17 hrs I received a mail from Hello, Thank you for writing to us about order 406-7559883-3431552. Although we understand your position, we have reviewed this claim and we stand by our decision. We cannot give you more information about this matter, and we may not reply to further emails about this claim. Sincerely, ---------------------------------------------- What does this Mail mean....... After understanding the Customers situation of being cheated by the Seller Ganpati Arts , still HOW can you all NOT take any action on seller and LET the CUSTOMER SUFFER . It`s not a Rs 10 item for which i am claiming Refund , Its cost is Rs 38849 , which is a Big amount and my Hard Earned Money. ------------------------------------------------- ORDER DETAILS ORDER PLACED October 1, 2019 ORDER NUMBER 406-7559883-3431552 EXPECTED BY Oct 23, 2019 - Oct 28, 2019 AMAZON IS JUST NEGLECTING THE ISSUE , ALSO I HAVE MADE PAYMENT TO AMAZON SO AMAZON HAS TO REFUND MY FULL AMOUNT AT ANY COST. KINDLY HELP
