I bought a mobile phone from Amazon app that was OnePlus 6T (Mirror Black, 6GB RAM, 128GB Storage) for Rs.37,999.00 on SBI Credit Card offer running in November 2018. As per that I was eligible to receive a cashback of Flat Rs.1,500 cashback on SBI Credit Cards which I have not yet received till Apr 2019. They promised cashback will be reflected in the account by Feb 2019.Now I would like to know why such companies make false offers and promises just to lure and misguide customer and making profits by doing these cheap acts.Kindly assist me now what should I do?
