I got a call from someone Amazon agent was asking me to pay for 3000 then I asked him why and how will I trust u then he told me all the transactions and order details of Amazon account then I thought it`s not a fake person the I paid 3000 then he asked for 11999 as a GST and told me it`s just a formality we need to do just for showing you government but it will again get reflected to your account after 5 mins then when I didn`t get my money back then I asked him again so he asked me to wait and again requested me to make a payment of 4999 on google pay then I get to know by seeing there that it was a spam but after that I get to know his original name and some details bcz google pay sent me the text msg that Some person (Abinash Roy) has requested 4999 on google pay then i asked him your name us Abinash then he declined and disconnected the call and gets switched off.. I did FIR and complaint number is 4910 and did complaint in bank also.. But no one is taking action even after providing all the details of the fraud person.. Kindly help me for the same..
