Hi I have purchased a Samsung Galaxy M20(Ocean Blue) mobile, order no-- 402-5209240-5403532, date- 16-may-2019, pay by debit card ₹11990 and parcel received on time. The parcel was light in weight. When I open that I received an empty box and I complained amazon about that. They told me to wait for a week. After that they denied to deliver my product or refund. I want my product or my money. Please check it and help me. Thanks
