Hello Sir,I have order an LED Strip light from Amazon which was of 10 meters in length but the package that I received from the distributor "Ex borders" one of the Amazon registered seller contains following. one box of LED strip lights which is of 5 meters in length(already shared the images with Amazon and seller)Adapter,pins,Remote controller,instruction manual Even the box (from Manufacture)which they have sent shows it is of 5 meters.But now when i am asking for claim they are denying with out mentioning the reason even asking for several times.They are beating the bush around and sending the same response without any reason,Got frustrated since I have to get half of the product.Please help me in this regards.
