Hi, I bought a straightener from Amazon which is the Paul Mitchell neuro hairstyle for Rs 16000/- in Oct 2018, within a week I called n arranged for the return, I was told it will be done n waited I called several times I wanted to to return this as is defective, the temp control doesn`t work and it stopped heating up, they keep on promising for the refund, it never gets processed, they have sent several emails stating I will get the response in 24 hours but I don`t get anything, infact a manager Promised me a refund but when I call back it`s the same response I get, which is to wait for 24 hrs, so I have been really patient with these people and m not getting anywhere, they don`t even help me with a complaint number, for your ref below is the order I`d Order ID: 406-4441045-9029151
