I have ordered ONE PLUS 7 PRO mobile phone from amazon on 4 th june with the order number 406-4771835-5938765. I got the delivery on 6 th june. When I opened the packet the cellphone wasn’t there in the packet there were soaps in the box of the phone. I have made a video of opening the packet as well. And from that very day i am calling to the customer care to resolve my issue and get me the refund back. Every time they say wait for 48 hours etc etc. and from yesterday they are saying that your account has been kept on hold. So we cannot do anything until the account gets unhold. This is very bad customer service. First this company has done the fraud with me and now now one is listening me.kindly solve this problem as soon as possible
