I have ordered Books On Amazon on date 14 sept 2018 of worth ₹ 2469 Through Phonepe UPI transaction which is successful and amount is deducted from my account.But I had cancelled that order on same day at that time Amazon initiated refund by same mode of payment with refund reference number : 825708175287 . But refund has not been received in my account yet. Amazon has been saying that I have to file a charge disptute. Amazon has been kept on saying that they have made successful payment but bank consumer official says that payment has not been started from amazon.
