I ordered the below listed product from Amazon on 11th April and the same was to delivered by 15th April. After numerous delays and follow ups done by me they said they ll definitely make the delivery by 25 th April. Today very conveniently in the morning the sent a message that they cannot deliver the product. On contacting the customer service via chat , they said the maximum they can do is refund the amount(enclosing the chat as attachment). What kind of High handedness is this. Is there any security for a customer. what about my inconvenience and loss of time in the follow up. refund cannot be solution for this problem. This is totally twisting a customers arm and telling him this is what we can do , take it or do whatever we don t care. Kindly take cognizance of the fact and please do the needful.
