AMAZON INDIA - Wrong product of lower value delivered and customer support is not helping

Ordered product oneplus 6t on Amazon prime now app, paid 32999 rs using debit card on may 16th 2019.but they delivered an Honor 8x which is only 17999rs. I raised a complaint using the app`s call back feature and spoke to an Amazon representative he asked me to wait 3-5business days as they have to do an investigation. I contacted and followed up back to back to which they asked me to get back on May 18th 2019 when I did contact them they informed they cannot replace the wrong delivered product they can only do a refund. I asked to schedule the refund they said 19th by 1pm they Will pick up the wrong product and once it reaches the warehouse refund will be initiated. Nobody has come to pick up the product yet, nor do I have got any refund nor have they given me the correct product.
