Sir, my name is abhilash,from kerala (ernakulam dist.)...i have a landline connection including broadband service provided by bharath sanchaar nigam limited,pothanicad division ( kothamangalam)....my land line number is 04852564327.. this connection is belongs to my fathers name (mr.A.A.Raju).. for last few weeks this line got disconnected because of some line issues...I informed to the authorities many times (may be 10-15 times).. then i went to kothamangalam bsnl office to disconnect my landline ..At that time they told me that within two days they will resume the connection for sure... now after one week they didnt even come to my place to repair the line... Bsnl office sub engineer mrs.Solomy madam also cheating me by telling every day that you will get your connection today itself.... pls pls pls take actions against the authority and officers , bsnl office pothanicad panchayath ,ernakulam dist,kerala ,pin 686671 I also registerd a complaint via custumercare number...They registered my complaint on 30/11/19.. no actions from them also...
