Dear sir, I was traveling by vikramsheela exp. On Sunday From jamalpur jn; to Anand Vihar terminal delhi in sleeper coach S11 there is poor management toilet was never cleaned by cleaner bad smell in hole bogie no water in in coach a long with very poor type of biryani they served full chilly biryani the vender served veg biryani poor types of rice full spicy 120 rupees coast from any corner we can say that`s not biryani. And we returned on 2nd August same problem about cleaning in s5 coach birth 46 & 48, no water toilet was blowup urine & toilet smell in bogie & without reservations guys was laying in boogies floor block the walk way till toilet it was amazing situation. I have request to rectify these issues as soon as possible journey was not safe for family. Ur quick action will be appreciated thank you.
