We paid CGHS health services subscription for my father and mother on 21st of November through State Bank of India. Bank confirmed that the payment was successful. But, CGHS officials at Alwal are saying they didn`t get the amount. We have been following up with them for more than a month. No resolution provided by them yet. My parents lost the CGHS services for all this while.
