Sir this delivery company is delivering fake items from seller times world express. On 20 Nov 19 I received a fake item from this delivery service. When I opened the box I realised it`s fake. I have paid in cash. I tried to call the agent but he said to contact next day. At about 0930 I was successful in tracking the local delivery office. I request them to block the money to this seller they replied that they have done the closure for that day. Further they give me above mentioned clientele from where the item was supplied. I message to above mentioned Id which tell me to resolve my issue but in the evening they replied to me that they are only logistic service . Further when I reached there depot I saw several fake products lying in their thoppumpady branch from same client. I request that my money should be refunded as this company is helping in delivering fake products after knowing that it is fake seller.also strict action should be initiated against such branch and delivery company.
