Fino payments bank - Acc under restrictions

My name is meenakashi my acc is under restrictions from last 1 month when I call fino customer care they told me summit your documents I summit my docs but stilly accbis nt opened when I call again they says it take time 4 to 5 working days but now it`s 1 month I am facing a lot of issue there is one one in my family also I am living alone I don`t have cash also now a days I am jobless Plz help me When I call again they says we got complain regarding your acc from cybercrimes- cid@ap.gov.in. So your acc is ban I also mail on cybercrime also but nt getting any response I again call day after yesterday they told me mail on reportfraud@finobank.com I mail today I get the mail that we don`t do anything from our side it`s complain from cyber crime i also nt getting any calls nt getting any complain report also Plz do some need full favour as soon as possible and help me to open my acc
