I had given order of Wallpaper & Safety door for my home located in Beverly park, Mira road on 20-Oct-2019 to Furniture Hub Mr. Faizaan. Total cost was 54000 Rs (Wallpaper – 19000 Rs & 34000 Rs for Safty Door). Mr. Faizaan has promised me wallpaper work will be complete by 21-Oct-2019 before evening but i waited for his people whole day and finally they reached my home by 6.30 pm. They have taken stairs from my society lift which i told them not to take from lift but even after my denial they taken it from lift and broken societ camera installed in Lift. I immediately called Mr. Faizaan and informed about this broken camera, he said let work complete and then will see. They completed work by 10 pm and left. 19000 Rs work completed. I Asked Mr. Faizaan to start Safty door work next day and asked him to share Jaali design, after so many followups he sent design by 3.30 pm, i said send few more which again he sent on next day evening. I finalized 1 same day and told him to start work so that it can be finish before diwali means by Friday as he promised. Mr. faizaan took step back, failed to keep commitment and said Karigar not avaliable and wasted 1 more day Thrusday. I spoke to him and told based on your promise to complete work before diwali, i gave you adavnce and asked to return it. In reply he said we will not refund as i arranged raw material and we will complete work after diwali without any complaint. I tagain asked him a week after diwali to start the work, i put his another colleague / may be owner Named Swaaz in between. but now he said that complete your payment then we will start work. i said you lied so many times, you broke promise to complete work before diwali then how can i pay you more amount. Conversation happened, just 2 weeks before finally i went to police station, kanakia, Mira Road with all his bills. Police called both guys in station and asked him to complete work but there also he said without further payment, he wont start work, there also he lied a lot. based on police involvement i was ready to pay more amount 10k and went to his shop and asked him to give written commitment of work completion date. he again backed off and said we will not do your work and given Rs. 11000 cheque to me, i asked him some compensation of camera but he has denied and asked me to call directly to his fellow who broke the society camera. i called that person , he aslo backed off. Due to this i got stressted out, frustrated and watsapp to Mr. Faizaan and Mr. Swaaz that make some payment for society camera and that converted to hot talk and abusive language. I tried to get my money refunded by treatning them but all vain. In Same time, Mr. Faizaan has stopped my cheque of Rs. 11000 which i paid advance. I deposted that stoped cheque in ICICI bank and came to know Cheque has been stopped by Drawer. Again i went to kanakia poloce station,Mira Road wheer they asked to come down by police, both guys came and denied to pay and said this case belongs to other police station Kashimira Police station so i should go there. Kanakia police said they are helpless and i should go through Cosumer court. After that nothing has happened. Thanx to read.
