EOW COMPLAINT Date:14 june 2019 To, The Deputy Commissioner of Police, (Anti Land and Building Racket Section) Economic Offense Wing, Crime Branch, Mandir Marg, Near Police Station, Mandir Marg, New Delhi-110001 SUB: Request for registering complaint against M/S Garvit Innovative Promoters LTD(BIKEBOT COMPANY SCHEME ), Corporate and registered office kotgaw dadri, village Chitti; Gautambudh nagar U P for cheating and committing fraud with 2.5 lacs investors and scam around 10000crore in india. Respected sir, 1) I ( Neha Agarwal ), request you to kindly register my complaint against the above mentioned company for cheating me for an amount of Rs __186300__ (One lac eighty six thousands three hundred Rs) 2) This company had advertised for fraud scheme of Bikebot with cheated documents for rented bikes services. ( Investment 62100 rs/ bike and return 9765 rs / bike monthly emi×12 =117180 rs refund total yearly). I booked 3 bikes with agreement which was given by bikebot company in ( 351540+ 55080=406620 Rs) during the year (2019-20) I have made total payment (…186300….)Rs. to Garvit Innovative promoters Ltd ( BikeBot ) kotgav dadri chitti village gautambudh nagar greater noida U P by NEFTand i have all banking neft proffs, statements and a fraud cheque which was given by bikebot company. 3) On my recent queries with office staff of the above company and a visit to the office, they had fraud with 2.5 lacs investors all over india and around 44k crore scam, website closed and escaped all team of sanjay bhati CMD. 4.) In view of the above kindly register my this complaint also against this company. I sincerely hope that the matter will be appropriately investigated and my hard earned money will be recovered from this company at the earliest.
