India Post - speed post has not been delivered

I speed posted my stuff from Sarita vihar S.O to Dharmasala S.O, Orissa. My stuff has not been delivered. It has been 10 days since 18th October till 27th October. Palam TMO despatched to NSH bhubaneswar. Then, new Delhi RS TMO despatched to jhansi in stead of bhubaneswar. Info has not been updated in consignment tracking system.My speed post ID is ED[protected]IN.
